We made an appointment, test drove the truck without a CarMax employee onboard, came back and walked around, made a decision and pulled the trigger. Easy. Only one issue; CarMax would not do paperwork to transfer personalized license plates. I have had them for 40 years and first place or dealership that would not do it. Not a deal breaker but a pain for me. More

From the very beginning, Trinity handled everything with professionalism composure and genuine care, she really took the time to listen and understand our concerns and to make sure we felt heard. What stood out most was her ability to represent us as customers and consistently do what was right! When my father noticed a few imperfections with the vehicle that seemed to be a bit more than normal wear and tear. Trinity didn’t dismiss our concerns, instead she advocated for him, took his observation seriously and work to ensure the situation was addressed appropriately. That level of customer advocacy is rare and deeply appreciated! Throughout the entire process she remained calm, respectful, and solution focused. Hammond the sales guy that helped my daughter and me was exceptional. We looked at a number cars and decided on a Ford Escape that she could take to college. Hammond helped with financing and took us through the Carfax review of the car. Having taken it home, the engine light came on, there were supposedly new tires which is not true. I'm having the car evalauated by Ford to validate the Carfax inspection they provided. The car may well be returned within the window Carfax provided. More
