What a great experience! We found the car that met everything on our check list and reserved it online and paid to have it shipped to Spokane, it took longer for the car to g We found the car that met everything on our check list and reserved it online and paid to have it shipped to Spokane, it took longer for the car to get in, and communication got a little stalled, which was inconvenient since we live several hours away and were trying to make plans to go see it around our schedule and when the dealership would be open. After talking to the manager on the phone and explaining the situation he kindly reimbursed our entire shipping fee. That was the only bump we had, the rest of the process was so easy! We met with our "salesman", Jake, and the rest of the process took a only couple of hours, including the test drive. The fact that they provide so much information about the car on the site, including how many previous owners, how often the car was serviced, and very detailed pictures, helped us make a very educated decision before we even saw the car in person. We went knowing we would buy the car unless something was glaringly obvious not to. You know the price you will be paying before you go so none of the haggling...you either want the car for the listed price or not. Jacob was very kind and attentive, through the entire process. We drove our new car away with smiles on our faces and feeling like we got a very fair price. More

We pre-qualified on line and made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Including that test drive we were out the door in about 2 hours. The quickest car purchase, ever. The initial car buying experience was great, but my attempted use of the 'return' feature within the first 10 days following my purchase was a joke. I requested a vehicle be transfered from another store to the Spokane WA store. It got there within 5 days, but due to a title issue they could not sell it to me, after wasting 5 of my 10 days to return/trade the vehicle before telling me. After advising it was due to a paperwork mistake that they did not notice until the car was received, they were unwilling to take any accountability and refused to extend my 10 day return period. The multiple sales managers and business office employees i worked with were unhelpful in dealing with their own companies mistakes and caused me to miss my 10 day return window to trade out for another car. The car I have is great, but once a sale is made, the customer service is non-existent. More
