We had an excellent experience with Winston Peterson as our Representative at the Carmax location on E. Stockton. Winston was exceedingly professional, knowledgable and was also extremely responsive to our our Representative at the Carmax location on E. Stockton. In particular, we had a rental car we had to return the day of our purchase in another city (since we were moving). We also had a few very minor maintenance issues after our Carmax purchase. Each time, Winston responded immediately and professionally. Throughout the process, the entire Carmax team was terrific as always, from the Sale Dept. to the Business Office to the Service station and incredibly professional. Everything worked efficiently and was very organized; we were very satisfied at how the entire team attended to our needs. The entire experience was enjoyable and smooth.
