I contacted Car Shop through their website on the morning of August 14th because I was looking to trade in my car for another vehicle. I received a message from Colin shortly afterward, and he spent the day of August 14th because I was looking to trade in my car for another vehicle. I received a message from Colin shortly afterward, and he spent the day looking through the inventory for me and asking questions to make sure he understood exactly what I was looking for. Once I found a vehicle I was interested in, I requested a video of the exterior and interior. Colin made that happen very quickly. The vehicle was located at a different location, but he arranged to have it moved to a location that was much more convenient for me. It arrived that same evening, and Colin contacted me to schedule a time to come in and see it. I went to Car Shop on August 15th, met Colin, and test-drove the vehicle. Once I decided to purchase it, everything went incredibly smoothly. Colin was wonderful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I drove home in my new car on Monday, August 17th, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you, Colin, for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable.
