It was so easy. I was in the market for a new car, wasn’t sure what I wanted to get. Great experience with mike at car sense I was looking for a used car in the area and I heard great things about car sense. So I went over on a Friday and within the first 5 minuets one of th I was looking for a used car in the area and I heard great things about car sense. So I went over on a Friday and within the first 5 minuets one of the car experts Mike M came over to me and was extreamly assertive. He answered every question I had and brought out any car I was asking to look at no questions asked. He also explained to me that thay are a non commission business, so I knew he was going to be fully truthful and straight forward with me. He worked with me to get the best deal for my budget and found me a beautiful 2015 Subaru WRX. It couldn’t of gone any smoother. I was in and out of there in a couple hours. I’ve been dealing with all kinds of dealers for the last couple months and I can tell you after this experience I will be sticking with car sense for my future car purchases, and always asking for Mike. Profoundly surprising After I left another dealership, disgusted, CarSense Hatfield sold me the same year car, in a higher trim, 12k miles less, in MUCH better condition... After I left another dealership, disgusted, CarSense Hatfield sold me the same year car, in a higher trim, 12k miles less, in MUCH better condition...$900 cheaper, and right at the blue book value. They also gave me more for my trade than I expected. It was so unexpectedly pleasant and exciting, I got emotional. Aaron Ziegler was fantastic to work with. Completely no-pressure situation. I can't imagine doing the "dealer stand-off" ever again. More
