Professional and patient customer service I bought a car from Kate who was very helpful in the initial sale. Unfortunately, I noticed an intermittent problem with my vehicle a couple of months I bought a car from Kate who was very helpful in the initial sale. Unfortunately, I noticed an intermittent problem with my vehicle a couple of months into owning it. The service department was very professional and helpful in working through this problem with me and eventually helped me to get the warranty work done that was needed to make my car as good as new. They had a tough customer on their hands, as it is frustrating to have a problem that is so difficult to demonstrate to the mechanics, but they persisted with me, and we got the problem solved. I highly recommend Car Sense for their excellent customer service and professional handling of problems. I was happy with my car in the beginning, but now I am even more satisfied. More

First car buying experience I couldn't write enough positive things about purchasing my car through carsense Hatfield! I researched the car through the carsense website, and was I couldn't write enough positive things about purchasing my car through carsense Hatfield! I researched the car through the carsense website, and was able to find out everything I needed to know about the car. From the website I was able to schedule a test drive, and within minutes Dana Goodman (dealer) was in contact through text message, which was my preferred mode of communication. Dana was very helpful from the start and told me everything I should bring to the dealership the day of my test drive! Upon arrival at the dealership, Dana had my car ready to test drive. After the test drive, Dana was able to explain all the paper work in a timely manner, and within minutes we got an approval and I was able to start signing the paperwork. Overall, it only took about two and a half hours to get in to test drive, get the paperworked signed and bring the car off the lot with all of our questions answered! Dana was a pleasure to work with and was very professional treating myself and my father with the upmost respect. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be returning in the future to purchase another car with Dana as my dealer! perfect buying experience I spoke with Dana Goodman twice on the phone before my actual visit. I knew the vehicle I wanted and I had my own vehicle to trade in. As soon as I walked in I met Dana and him and the other employees I came across were great, all in good moods and didn't get a bad feel from anyone I met there, which surprised me because it was a Saturday at a car dealership so it was hectic in there. They let me drive the truck I wanted on an unaccompanied test drive which is awesome. At the beginning of our meeting I told Dana I had a pretty tight time schedule to keep and it shouldn't take long since I knew the truck I wanted and had my mind made up before I got there and he was great and getting all the paperwork in and to the bank for the financing. All in all we finished ahead of schedule and Dana answered all the questions I had with a smile. I couldn't believe how smooth and easy it was.
