We have bought 4 cars from this dealership, and were previously satisfied with the sales people. I recently brought my newest purchase to them for a check engine light. After this service visit in Decem previously satisfied with the sales people. I recently brought my newest purchase to them for a check engine light. After this service visit in December, the repair failed in March, and it cost me $600 to fix their mistake. Be wary of service department. This was the first time I let them service my car (in spite of previous purchases) and they messed it up. I will try to recoup my funds, but I'm not holding my breath. More
I was sold a car in June of last year, my second from this Carshop. Due to circumstances out of my control, I can no longer afford the car (9 months later). I was told today that they no longer sell t this Carshop. Due to circumstances out of my control, I can no longer afford the car (9 months later). I was told today that they no longer sell that model of car, and so they offered my barely more than half of the price I just paid off. They did not mention this TWO DAYS AGO when they told me to bring the car in for appraisal. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a repeat customer, or anyone for that matter. Will never, ever, set foot in this place again unless they are kissing it. More

My daughter bought an extended warranty, her differential needs to be replaced, the car has terrible vibration and noise along with trouble turning. Eric in service told my daughter he needs to do other work needs to be replaced, the car has terrible vibration and noise along with trouble turning. Eric in service told my daughter he needs to do other work first to make sure, like changing fluid??? Of course at a charge. None of which make common sense, then says he needs approval from insurance company that covers warranty, tells my daughter three minutes after she talked to him that the insurance company told him to try other things first not covered. BEWARE of this scam!!! More
Hatfield Car Shop has always treated me like an important customer even though I purchased my vehicle at a different Car Shop location, as they did not have the model I was looking for. I recently had an ele customer even though I purchased my vehicle at a different Car Shop location, as they did not have the model I was looking for. I recently had an electrical malfunction and they not only got me into their technicians immediately, they were able to diagnose the problem and found it was covered under factory warranty. Jose arranged for my car to be sent to the local dealership and even made sure the dealer had a loaner car reserved for me! They really made what could have been a very bad situation into hardly an inconvenience. More
