I absolutely DREAD car shopping. Well, not the particular shopping and looking part, but the pushy, arrogant sales people that seem to circle you like vultures the minute you pull into the dealership. I em shopping and looking part, but the pushy, arrogant sales people that seem to circle you like vultures the minute you pull into the dealership. I emailed Carsense after a I saw a few vehicles that I was interested in and I asked them to email or text me the information. I was fortunate enough to have Joel Moyer text me and I arranged to meet him at the dealership 2 days later. He had both vehicles that I was interested in ready for me to test drive . I was able to go out on my own and get a feel for both vehicles. I came back and asked if I could drive 2 more vehicles and quickly dismissed them. I put a deposit down on one of the cars even though I really liked them both. Joel was so patient and kind when I emailed him asking about yet another vehicle and if I can take the original 2 for a ride again the next day. I ended up transferring the deposit to a different vehicle and Joel never flinched. The approval process was fairly quick and since it was before closing, Joel had said they they will continue to find me a better interest rate . They also gave me an extremely fair trade in for my 7 year old car. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but I NEVER had the great experience that I had at Carsense. It truly is a hassle free, stress free and remarkable buying experience. None of the "Let me go back and talk to my manager" and everything they did was explained to me. Exceptional staff, a very pleasant environment and their inventory is great. Will definitely purchase from them again. More
This dealership makes you believe they have fair and no haggle pricing. I traded a vehicle which needed no reconditioning meaning that it had very low mileage, new inspection and never driven in the rain an haggle pricing. I traded a vehicle which needed no reconditioning meaning that it had very low mileage, new inspection and never driven in the rain and stored in the winter. They told me it was only worth a certain dollar amount and now I find out they are selling it for a no haggle price which would be a $5000.00 profit. It makes me wonder if they made $5000.00 profit off the vehicle I purchased from them. I understand they are in business to make a profit BUT a potential $10000.00 off one customer! Really! I feel they made enough money off of me and I WILL NOT BE SPENDING A DIME IN THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT! More

The salesmen, David Little, gets a tip of the cap from me for his professionalism and courtesy during a time of great stress for me. I greatly admire the way he helped me out and I wish to thank him and the entire CarSense organization. My BMW325i was totaled on Dec. 31st by another driver who wasn’t paying attention. I had been hoping the insurance company would have my BMW fixed, but it would have cost more to fix the car than it was worth, so they agreed to pay me $8500 for my old car. I had been driving a rented car for about 10 days by the time this decision was made and I was told by my insurance agent I should try to purchase a replacement car as soon as I could. I found a low mileage 2013 Hyundai Sonata on the CarSense website for $17,550 and contacted Dave Little that evening and made arrangements to see the car the next day, Friday, Jan. 11th. After a test drive, I put a $500 down payment on the car. The claims adjuster for my insurance company asked me to sign and mail some official documents for him turning the title of the BMW over to Nationwide. This process took several days. I was told by the adjuster the funds for my damaged car would be wired electronically once the paper work was all settled. I got a loan to finance $13,000 of the car with my credit union and I intended to pay the rest of the difference off with the money I was receiving from my BMW. I wrote a personal check for approximately $5500 to cover the difference in the sticker price. The car was delivered to me on Friday, January 18th, a week after I made the deal with David Little. Unfortunately, it took A LOT longer than it should have for the funds from my insurance company to make it into my checking account. I didn’t have enough money in my savings or my checking account to cover the check I wrote to CarSense for $5,500. Mr. Little explained the situation his supervisor and assured me this would not be a problem. After several days of waiting, the money finally made it to my credit union account and I gave David the okay to deposit the check. I greatly appreciate extra time I was afforded to complete this deal for the 2013 Sonata. I was never once hassled about this situation by Mr. Little. It made buying a car from CarSense a very satisfying experience. I will be back again, when shopping for my next car. Thanks! Chuck Bauerlein Downingtown, PA 19335 More
Spoke with Joel Moyer on the phone about our interest in a particular truck. He said there were a few on the lot, and to come on over and ask for him. The truck was everything we were looking for. Low milea a particular truck. He said there were a few on the lot, and to come on over and ask for him. The truck was everything we were looking for. Low mileage and decent price too. Everyone there was very nice and Joel was great. It was a no-stress, no-pressure experience. Joel was there to answer all our questions, and never made us feel like he was trying to sell us anything we didn't want. He did everything he could to get us the best interest rate. It was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I not only highly recommend CarSense and Joel Moyer, but I will be buying my next car there. Thanks Joel More
Purchased an used car from the salesman, Rob Scampton, at Hatfield, PA location, using Carsense's "Mouse-to-House" option. The car was delivered my home in NJ in very nice and clean condition, except for ve Hatfield, PA location, using Carsense's "Mouse-to-House" option. The car was delivered my home in NJ in very nice and clean condition, except for very minor cosmetic issues. Since I live closer to Mount Holly, NJ location, Rob was nice enough to arrange a service at that office. So, I brought the car to Mount Holly, pointed out all the cosmetic issues the car had. After one and a half hour later, the car came out looking like a brand new. Not sure if this is a cheapest used car dealer in the area, but I surely had hassle and stress free used car buying experience, ever. More

Several times our salesman just left us at his desk while he was outside chasing down other sales..The girl across from him sold 3 vehicles in the time it took us to purchase ours.. He screwed up our pape he was outside chasing down other sales..The girl across from him sold 3 vehicles in the time it took us to purchase ours.. He screwed up our paperwork (last name, address, phone number) after we requested multiple times for corrections.. We did not like the interest rate of the first quote so I requested he run it again a second time with my husband added on as a co-signer to try and get a better rate..He seemed very annoyed that we were making him work and not just handing over our money.. We requested a 2nd key for the vehicle from our sales guy, and ended up having to complain about our lack of service to the finance and service guys..They ended up bringing the key for us.. The entire experience took us 3+ hours to get out of there, very nice car but our salesman left us very unimpressed, most likely will not return in the future More

This is all about how I was treated by Service Manager & a reflection of the "they can do no wrong" philosophy of Car Sense, in general, I believe. After a purchase on Jul 31, 2012 of a used 2002 Silverad & a reflection of the "they can do no wrong" philosophy of Car Sense, in general, I believe. After a purchase on Jul 31, 2012 of a used 2002 Silverado 4X2 pickup truck....10 months later- I called to tell them that after only driving 1866 mi. since purchase, the brakes failed- had to push so far down on the brake pedal that the vehicle barely stopped, luckily at the parking lot of my job. My husband & a friend examined the brake lines & they were completely rust, rust, rust. I have photgraphs! I called & spoke to the Service Manager at another Car Sense location since they transferred call as Manager was out where vehicle was purchased. I was told that unless there was a leak, state inspections says it passes and what did I expect since the vehicle was 14 years old! (actually 11) I said I could not drive it there- he said, well, have it towed. I said could you give me an estimate of the cost for repair. He said No as they have to make the brake lines for this old truck & he doesn't know what will also be involved. He would try to help me but if I didn't like that he could put me on the phone with their lawyer. His tone was bossy & condescending whenever I spoke to say I am disappointed in the performance since I kept it garaged and did not drive it all that many miles & was aware it was out of warranty, but was shocked that the brake lines could be so badly deteriorated, rust-covered & would have been that way on July 31, 2012 when I bought it. I felt I was being bullied & belittled by all of his replies, told to listen to him when he spoke! I paid $8,950., including tax, fees, etc. came to $9,709. for this vehicle. I will have it repaired elsewhere & have received a quote. I know it is old although it only had 53,743 mi at time of purchase. I did not receive a Bible with it at time of purchase as is their policy with new/newer? purchases. While I realize they complied with state regulation regarding pass/fail system of inspection, which is their their only legal obligation, as he stated, they certainly did not comply with a moral obligation in providing a driver with a car they would sell to a relative or friend in good conscience. Maybe that's why I didn't get a Bible! Does this make good Car Sense? More
