I bought a vehicle from CarSense in Hatfield. The first full day that I had the vehicle the check engine light went on. It was in the shop for over a week. Got the car back and a week later the check engin full day that I had the vehicle the check engine light went on. It was in the shop for over a week. Got the car back and a week later the check engine light went on again. Was in for another week. When the check engine light went on for a third time within the first month I told them I wanted a new vehicle. I bought my car for $19,000.00 and they said that I could trade it in for a value of $15,000. I had only had this vehicle for one month!!! They say they are a "Christin Company" but they are far from it! They say and do what they have to, to get you to buy a car and then when you do they don't stand behind the vehicles that they sell. Now I am waiting on getting my extended warranty money back...have been waiting two months...and I have found out today that my account has been pending b/c carsense did not turn in the proper paperwork. When I call CarSense to inform them of this situation...no one gets back to me!! Would NOT recommend this company. More

I was looking to trade in an 07 Buick Lucerne and had only been offered approx. $17k on it by various dealers. I had heard of CarSense, so I decided to give them a try. I was looking for a particular car : an 08 Hyundai Azera Limited with the Ultimate Package. They had a couple of them and I selected one in gold with low miles on it. I had been given a price on a similar car at my local Hyundai dealer which was thousands higher than the CarSense price. Bottom line: I swapped my car in on the Hyundai at CarSense and got $10 in change; and no sales tax to pay. And the professionalism and integrity and product knowledge of Kevin Dunleavy ,CarSense salesman, was exceptional. I would recommend both he and CarSense to one and all. And so I have, and am doing it again right here. If I had traded my car at the Hyundai dealer, it would have cost me about $6k plus 6% sales tax for a similar Hyundai. Quite a difference from what I managed to accomplish at CarSense. So, if you are in the market for a newer car and want to deal with an honest and aboveboard dealer and friendly employees, I strongly suggest that you try CarSense; you won't regret it. And I know. I have bought over 40 cars in my lifetime and this was the most painless and fairest transaction of them all. I can't wait for the next time that I am in the market for a car to go to CarSense again. Since 2004, our (extened) family has purchased 7 cars from Car Sense at the Hatfield location. They have a very professional and knowledgable sales staff. The salesmen aren't comission driven, so there is no need for all the usual pressure to buy when browsing, either. They even include a carfax report with any vehicle you want to look at. It really is all about customer service. You want to take a test drive? They photo-copy your liscence and hand you the keys to any car on the lot, and no sales person insists on tagging along for the ride. If the car you want was at another location, they will bring it to you for free. They even make a point of mentioning the PA state law which allows you to return any car within 7 days for a full refund. Their prices are very fair, but they don't negotiate either. However, they tell you this going in, and tell you that they may not have the best price for a higher-end car you are looking at. Still, they are pretty up-front about everything. We plan on buying many more cars from them in the future. GREAT DEALERSHIP, HIGHLY RECOMENDED. More
