Since 2004, our (extened) family has purchased 7 cars from Car Sense at the Hatfield location. They have a very professional and knowledgable sales staff. The salesmen aren't comission driven, so there is no need for all the usual pressure to buy when browsing, either. They even include a carfax report with any vehicle you want to look at. It really is all about customer service. You want to take a test drive? They photo-copy your liscence and hand you the keys to any car on the lot, and no sales person insists on tagging along for the ride. If the car you want was at another location, they will bring it to you for free. They even make a point of mentioning the PA state law which allows you to return any car within 7 days for a full refund. Their prices are very fair, but they don't negotiate either. However, they tell you this going in, and tell you that they may not have the best price for a higher-end car you are looking at. Still, they are pretty up-front about everything. We plan on buying many more cars from them in the future. GREAT DEALERSHIP, HIGHLY RECOMENDED. More
