I took my wife and two children to CarSense to pick out a newer car as mine was 16years old. As you can imagine shoppong with youngsters can be a challange. This was the best car buying experience of my life and I have already told several friends and co-workers that I will buy from them again with hesitation. I bought a car from Car Sense and i enjoyed the experience so much that I told both my brother and my dad to buy cars from them. They too had a great experiences and are enjoying their cars as wel experience so much that I told both my brother and my dad to buy cars from them. They sold me a car that was previously hit(front quarter panel and hood replaced and not even with genuine Toyota parts, they were all aftermarket) before they purchased it from some auction in Pennsylvania (they said they had no knowledge of this because it was not on their car report, not a CarFAX). I would not have purchased a car from them if i knew that this was the was they stocked their lot. When I wanted to return the car the meeting was not pretty. Mr. Drzal was a rude man, he gave my family snide looks over the tops of his glasses. It took a while to resolve the matter, and I had to pay MORE so I could have a car, this is not what I wanted. I wanted a refund, it was well within the 30 day time frame, Mr. Drzal said the time frame was 5 days! So if you purchase from here...Let the buyer Beware! p.s. I went with my brother-in-law to the Burlington Carsense when he needed a car last October. He bought a used car and it was ok. I really expected to buy one and get a fair deal. NOPE! We were treated like second class citizens. Total joke, like no one is in charge and no one cares. Left yesterday afternoon and went to the Honda dealer in Burlington. Got a new accord loaded for less than a Carsense used price? And I got 1.9% financing. The people were very nice. The deal was great. More
