Pant's on Fire Customer services was great, we talked about what I can afford monthly I advised Shawn I could not pay over a certain amount before he called the bank Customer services was great, we talked about what I can afford monthly I advised Shawn I could not pay over a certain amount before he called the bank, he came back with over $25. over what I said I could pay, I said no he went back and actually got the bank at $5. less than what I needed so I signed the papers for my Jeep put down a deposit and left. 1st all the floor were wet not damp wet, 2nd monthly statement book from bank showed I'm paying more than we agreed on when I called Shawn tried to make me believe that's what we agreed on which it wasn't to let him find out what's going on give me a call back well that was over 7 days ago, not in any hurry to help out current customers... NOT PLEASED More

Good, but not great. I recently traded there, and I am, overall, happy with the deal. They are nice, and willing to bargain. That being said, the truck I bought had a coup I recently traded there, and I am, overall, happy with the deal. They are nice, and willing to bargain. That being said, the truck I bought had a couple problem spots on it that they said they would fix. First the windshield had a couple of pretty big chips in it. They had someone come in and "repair" the spots. The repairs weren't that great, but they guaranteed that they would not spread. I feel if the chips couldn't be fully repaired, they should have replaced the windshield. Second, the driver door had a couple of good gashes in the edge from being hyper-extended. First time I left it with them they just tried to touch it up. I had to explain that I meant fixed, as in, like it was never there. They did fix it, but the paint work is just ok. So, they kind of did what they said they were going to, but not as good as it could possibly be done. The deal I thought was good, and they gave me loaners to drive, but if I knew the repair work was going to be like it is, I would have just requested a 1000 off, and took care of it myself. Like I said, good, but not great. More
