Amazing!!! I was in a bad experience with another car dealer. I was recommended to Rich by my family member. I went in expecting the same typical sales people at a normal car dealership, but how everyone at CarSmart treat their customers is amazing!!! Everyone was very kind, warming, and very experienced. It's wasn't like a sales transaction, it was very comfortable and simple. They explain everything, they go over everything in great detail with you, and they take the time to make sure that you understand everything that you are agreeing to and signing to. Nothing was hidden or "sugar coated". I dealt with Rich and Chris (they are wonderful). I've already told so so many people about the great experience I've had with CarSmart.
