One stop shop My wife wanted a new car and she found it at Car Smart. There were some navigations issues because the car was listed under Car Gurus but we got that My wife wanted a new car and she found it at Car Smart. There were some navigations issues because the car was listed under Car Gurus but we got that straightened out. Tyler was very helpful and went with my wife for a test drive. We ended up trading in our Jeep for the car that day. The process was very quick and we drove off in her new Caddy. Tyler and Riley did very well for their part in the process. Tyler was very friendly and responsive to my wife and what she wanted.. However, there were some negative things. We should have gotten a better trade value than we got. I think that we should have gotten a better interest rate with my FICA score than we did. The owner's manual was missing which indicates that no one did a complete preflight on the car. Car had a rock chip that apparently nobody noticed until I saw it. They stepped up and replaced the missing manual with a brand new one. The rock chip was fixed the next day. All in all, it was a good experience. More

My visit in a nutshell I would say I had a good experience. I was there about 2 hours and half of it was on me just being tedious with selection. After you've been screwed with a bad investment on a car its normal to be skeptical. I ended up buying a car and they will take my bad investment car (thank goodness). I scored the quality of work low because the car I bought hasn't been serviced or detailed it was a local trade the other day. Hopefully all the specifics that we went over will be done when I pick it up. Customer service and interaction was great. I didn't feel pressured. They had other options available since the car I originally wanted had been sold. Overall a better experience than the one I had before. More
