Interesting experience I found the car online. It had everything I wanted and more with an excellent price. I contacted the dealership via phone and the sales man (Tony) was I found the car online. It had everything I wanted and more with an excellent price. I contacted the dealership via phone and the sales man (Tony) was nice and full of information. Consistently I was told if I was going to make the trip I should put a deposit down on the car. Everyday I received a call about putting a deposit down. Even though they knew I'd be making the trip Monday morning they still kept asking if I wanted to put a deposit down and the car wouldn't be held for me otherwise. After driving 183 miles the car was still there and I loved it. But I had a trade in, constantly I was criticized about my trade, condition, mismatched tires, and this that and the other. The original offer was honestly horrible and I was ready to walk away. Finally they came back with a little bit better offer. I will say that at the time I was having a family emergency so I really needed to leave to go back home. They were able to rush me through the process. I'm very happy with new car. But I still have a numb experience because of the trade in process also knowing how much I was given for my trade and how much they're asking for it now puts a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like if I didn't have a trade in the buying experience would have been significantly better. But I guess they filled my need for a nice car so I can't complain too much. More
