Unfortunately, that one had some issues and they called me to tell me it wasn't what I was expecting. Ryan found another QX56 in about a week that I ended up buying and I absolutely LOVE it! Lew Meriweather has always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism, and has never made me feel that I was pressured into buying a vehicle. He would always greet me with a smile and want to know how I was doing as well as my family; after which, he would ascertain what my interest were in the way of a vehicle that would suit my needs. On each occasion he treated me as if it were my first time coming and was very patient with me during the 2-3 year process. And, yes, finally I found a vehicle that I couldn't do without. He supported me the whole way through. I would rate the experience five stars, however, we always have room to improve - not just the average pre-owned facility and personnel! More
