As you already probably know 98% of our customers have a positive buying experience. Rarely do we have several customers working deals on the exact same vehicle, but it does happen occasionally. We always offer a customer who is driving a long distance to leave a deposit on a particular vehicle as we did in this situation. We also offer a great locate service. We have access to thousands of vehicles in our wholesale division and always offer to provide a similar vehicle at a similar price as we did in this situation.
