We decided on a Cadillac ATS and drove several that they had. All were great cars but not the color we wanted. Guy (the owner) took the time to find which color, options and mileage we were looking for. He then found the car and had it shipped in. He gave us a loaner until our car arrived. Once the dealership received the car, we went over the car with Guy. Although we had already settled on the price, Guy agreed to address EVERY small detail we wanted corrected. We were very picky but Guy took care of everything. It was like buying a new car for a used car price. We never felt pressured and everyone at the dealership treated us like family, not just another customer.
