Started out good ended in safety issues I recently purchased a 2014 yukon xl from carsmart. I test drove the vehicle during rush hour traffic. The yukon had 22" rims on it and felt a little I recently purchased a 2014 yukon xl from carsmart. I test drove the vehicle during rush hour traffic. The yukon had 22" rims on it and felt a little rigid which is normal but couldnt drive the vehicle over 55mph due to rush hour traffic. We got a what we thought was,a fair deal. After taking the vehicle home on the interstate I noticed a big vibration in the front right side on the yukon. I took it the following day to discount tire where they rebalanced the tires and said there was hop in both right side tires and 6 1/2 oz of weight in the left front wheel and that they did the best they could do under the circumstances. There was plenty of tread left on the tires when I first bought the vehicle. I immediately took the truck back to carsmart where I basically was insulted by the service manager. He told me that discount tire was not the greatest place to get tires serviced. But I've been dealing with them for over 30 years. He said for $60 he would rebalanced the tires and if he couldn't do a better job then he would refund my money. If you drove the vehicle at any time above 60mph, it felt like every tooth in your head would rattle. I asked the salesman if they test drove the vehicle before they purchased it from whoever and said they did and found no problems. I also was told after I brought the vehicle back to get the plates for the yukon that the service manager is no longer with carsmart. I had to wind up paying $1220 for new tires since the others were unsafe to drive. You would think after spending $32k on a vehicle that you wouldn't have to buy anything major for the truck a week later. I feel like if they had been a lot more professional in handling this situation, I wouldn't be so upset with this. They sell unsafe vehicles and don't care who to. Signed Mike Wilyard More

I didn't but a few minutes to feel like i was talking to someone that was listening to what my needs were and showing interest in a very professional manner. I could of bought a car in Atlanta where i live but i felt so comfortable with Steve my wife and I drove 5 hours to by a car and we did. Excellent Experience I was recently in the market for a used vehicle. Carsmart.net had a 2005 Toyota Sequoia SR5 4x4 on their website that caught my attention. I called ab I was recently in the market for a used vehicle. Carsmart.net had a 2005 Toyota Sequoia SR5 4x4 on their website that caught my attention. I called about the vehicle and explained that I would be driving from out of town (Birmingham, Alabama area) to look at it the following day. Tyler stated that he would hold the vehicle for us so we could inspect it. The vehicle was well documented on their website (including a Carfax) and had plenty of pictures including close ups of the few blemishes. There were no surprises in person at all. The vehicle was represented really well online. I decided to pull the trigger and purchase it after the test drive. Tyler and the rest of the staff made it a pleasant experience. The deal was completed in no time. This is the way a car deal should be done. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. If I am ever in the need (or know anybody that is) for a used vehicle again I will check out their inventory online. Its well worth the two and a half hour drive from Birmingham. More
