We negotiate a price for the vehicle, and I was going up Thursday afternoon to pick it up. Lew's exact words, in writing "Ok you can pay taxes there versus paying them in Tennessee. We have a deal." I asked about a deposit, and Lew secured $500 via credit card. Within 15 minutes of paying the deposit..... OOPS! We had a small miscalculation, and the price went up. Adding insult to injury, they processed my $500 deposit in about 30 seconds, but it's going to take 5-7 business days to process the return of my hard earned money. Complete and total BS artists. More
