We left the dealership to scout out a dozen other dealerships down the road, and after an afternoon of that, we ended up back with Carsmart We came back not because their price was any lower, but because we really felt like we would get the service we wanted with the van and also because they were honest and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and feel important.
