I have been partial to BMWs for many years and was glad to see some options available at Carsmart for the kind of vehicle I was interested in. During my time at Carsmart, I interacted with Guy, Lew, Lino, Ray and Andrew -- all terrific guys. The car I had seen on Carsmart's website was just as good-looking on the lot as it was in the online photos. Dealing with Carsmart made the process easy and painless. Awesome Experience! I knew the car I wanted so talked to Guy and gave him what I wanted on the car and by the next day it was located, bought and delivered the week later I knew the car I wanted so talked to Guy and gave him what I wanted on the car and by the next day it was located, bought and delivered the week later! I had been looking for months and was happy to find the exact car I wanted. My experience when I got to the dealership was excellent. Doug greeted us and showed us the vehicle almost immediately after we arrived. He answered all questions and was very helpful. Then Lino took us for a test drive and worked with us until we signed the papers. Rey and Lino were so helpful as well going over everything that would be done to the car to make it perfect. Andrew worked quickly and helped us with the financing well after closing time on a Friday night! The excellent service did not end there! As I said earlier there were minor cosmetic things to get the car just right for us. Lino called us once or twice a day with updates and was very honest and helpful. When I went to pick up the car, it was ready and beautiful! I would recommend CarSmart in Hendersonville to anyone who wants to get a great car at a fair price with the best customer service out there.
