A truly honest car dealership We were surprised by the genuine care the staff showed us when we went to look at a 12 passenger van we had seen on cargurus on the internet. We when arrived, the staff came out to see that are questions were answered and they were not pushy. We left the dealership to scout out a dozen other dealerships down the road, and after an afternoon of that, we ended up back with Carsmart We came back not because their price was any lower, but because we really felt like we would get the service we wanted with the van and also because they were honest and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and feel important. Finally, as a mother of sons, I was super impressed with the manners of the young men on the floor there. We have already recommended Carsmart to some friends. More
