Very Positive Customer Experience I live approximately 60 miles from this dealership. I used Autotrader.com to select a few cars in the Middle Tennessee area. One was at Carsmart.net I live approximately 60 miles from this dealership. I used Autotrader.com to select a few cars in the Middle Tennessee area. One was at Carsmart.net in Hendersonville, TN...the other two were in Mt Juliet, TN. I knew nothing about this dealership or anyone there. I was met as I got out of my car by salesman Doug Smith. Doug asked what we were looking for. We said, midsize SUV...mileage less than 50k...4WD or AWD. He showed us three vehicles that met our criteria. A Honda Pilot (the car we found on autostrader.com), a Toyota 4 Runner and. BMW X3. We asked to drive the Pilot...Doug went with us. Answered all questions about features. We returned and agreed upon a trade in price for our vehicle. We were then turned over to Andrew Guadalajara in Finance. We agreed on how much to pay down and how much to finance. The process was very smooth and streamlined. We left after less than two hours with a 2012 Honda Pilot EX. Doug was very good...knowledgable but not pushy. I will definitely seek Doug out again...as well as Carsmart.net More
