Great Experience!!!!!! We are from out of town and had talked to Ron for about a week before we were able to get in and try to make a car deal. We were in need of a SUV as my wife has some medical issues that makes it hard to get in and out of a car. From the time we arrived on the lot we felt that everyone their was family. We had been looking for a Cadillac SRX. Ron went out of his way to be sure we got the vehicle and features that were most important to us, but beyond that he was able to assist us in negotiating the price to fit our budget. They even contacted to the bank to negotiate a better interest rate on our behalf. We are extremely satisfied with the purchase and will definitely return when we need another vehicle. My husband and I took it for a ride and I loved it, however my husband wasn't yet sold. Lino offered to let us take it home and discuss further without the pressures of being at the dealership. No obligations. I took it home, my husband was able to inspect it further and we both agreed to buy it. We went to the dealership. Lino automatically knew who we were and helped us start and end the process very quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership and I would highly recommend going through Lino! Ron Green Went into car smart because we passed by and saw some very good looking vehicles. Ron was very helpful with just adressing any questions we had. Ron was very nice, caring, and made sure we had everything we needed to make the perfect decision for us. It didn't matter that it was closing time or that we had no idea what we wanted to buy. He walked around with us and opened up multiple cars for us to check out and test drive. After we made the perfect decision. Ron and Andrew worked together to get us approved. Andrew also helped answer any finance questions we had, and he kept us very informed through the whole process. Ron said come back if you have any questions or need anything. Two days later I went back with multiple questions and Ron was able to answer every one of them. I would defiantly recommend car smart to anyone, and will defiantly be back myself. More

Ron road with me and showed me all of the features, which was great, nothing worse than driving an unfamiliar vehicle, fumbling with all of the gadgets all while getting a feel for the ride. Even though I loved the car, I initially didn't think it would work out, but after Ron worked his magic, I drove my new car home on Friday. They got a much better interest rate than my bank, I had been with for years. These guys even financed a buyer for my vehicle, not profiting from it. From the beginning, everyone was friendly, polite, and informative. I didn't need a salesman, I needed an advisor and that's exactly what I received. I will defiantly go to Carsmart and Ron again, even my other vehicles will go to their service department. Thanks again Ron. More

Lino got my car in and out quickly and for a great rate. I would recommend carsmart and their car service center to anyone but I would encourage you to stop in and speak to Lino about anything you may need because he will figure out a way to make it happen for you.
