They went above and beyond to make my car buying experience easy, welcoming and affordable. I had called and had them start my financing over the phone; within a few hours, Lew had called back to tell me I was approved for the vehicle I wanted. They stayed open 2 hours after the business had technically closed just to get me into my car that night. Mailed paperwork to my husband who is working out of state. And still allowed me to drive off the lot with my car, even though the paperwork wasn't technically finished. Lew treated my children to drinks and donuts. Their maintenance package is unheard of and is included in their already low-low price. I know this may sound like its too good to be true, but try them out for yourself. I was promptly greeted by Andrew who then introduced me to Lino. I was impressed by the overall condition of the Lexus and Lino was excited to have me test drive it. Lino did a great job explaining features on the vehicle that I was unaware of.
