I have never had such a great experience. I spoke to Mr. Alfieri and explained what I was looking for in a used vehicle. I was looking for a particular year, outside color and interior color S550. He looked everywhere until he found exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. He actually had it brought in from up North. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was clean, new tires and looked just like new. I walked inside handed them the keys to my old car and signed paperwork that took no more than five minutes. What an experience - a great one. The staff was all wonderful with big smiles on their faces and really seemed happy for me. Interesting thing is that I even received an email last week telling me that it was time for my three month maintenance check up. I mean in this day and time when do you actually get a personal note about those kinds of things. I will always use Mr. Alfieri and CarSMart for any of car buying. Mr. Kretz was very friendly and also arranged my financing. The day I visited the dealership to drive the srx, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Kretz showed me all the bells and whistles of the vehicle and never made me feel pressured at all. I loved the vehicle, and the ease of buying my srx from Carsmart.
