Best car purchasing experience yet! Went to the dealership 5 weeks ago, I met my salesman, Javier. Sadly, they didn’t have the car I was looking for. But I liked the whole vibe of C Went to the dealership 5 weeks ago, I met my salesman, Javier. Sadly, they didn’t have the car I was looking for. But I liked the whole vibe of CarSquad. I gave Javier a list of things that were must haves. I told him when he gets the car I’m looking for call me, I’ll buy it. He called me Wednesday afternoon. He hit my requirements out the park plus some! The whole time constant communication, CarSquad has a seamless purchasing process through their online portal. I submitted all my documents from my office. We went in after work. My car was clean and ready to go once we got there. An item was missing, Javier and Bryan the manager got it to us in 30 minutes. We enjoyed complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate while we waited. Xavier who writes the sales contracts was great and Informative. We did a trade in. They offered us a VERY generous amount for our trade. Had everything prepped and ready for title transfer. We were in and out in no time. The main guy in make ready has my car looking fresh from the factory. We are officially CARSQUAD people for life! Thanks guys! You are the best in Katy! We will be back in a few months. I know Javier and Bryan will take care of us! You can’t go wrong with CarSquad. More

This place is amazing especially when you deal with a professional, honest sales person like Jason. I recently had the pleasure of working with Julian at CarSquad and I couldn't have been more impressed. Julian was very professional and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to show me multiple vehicles, which is such a tedious task because they have to walk quite a distance just to pull up the vehicle and show it to me. He provided one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had in a very long time. He did not rush me or try to get me out the door. In addition to his excellent customer service, Julian was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed me. He answered all of my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He was patient and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Overall, I highly recommend Julian for anyone looking for a great car buying experience. His professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service are truly unmatched To CarSquad/Management; Please provide your team with shuttle-like service. A Golf cart with someone taking them to the vehicles. I am very certain the team and clients will surely appreciate it. It would also increase productivity and more. If not for Julian, I would have gave a lower score. He did not complain once or wince in pain once at any additional tasks. But to do that for 8+ hours is very taxing. More
