My overall Experience First let me say, Don was amazing. He was very attentive without being smothering. Answer all our questions with a great attitude and prove very know First let me say, Don was amazing. He was very attentive without being smothering. Answer all our questions with a great attitude and prove very knowledgeable. My only other not so great experience had nothing to do with Don and more to do with the fact I was drawn to their dealership with the pretense that the car I originally inquired about over the phone was available. The internet customer service rep (Natalie) was very friendly, however we were very disappointed that Natalie promise us and confirm that the car we seen posted was still available. She even stated via email that she would 1st check and confirm its still available prior to scheduling a day and time for us to come test drive the car. I specifically emphasized that I need this confirmed because we would be placing this car under insurance and we don't want to go through the time consuming process and a bit of a cost to only learn when we arrive that it was sold and its not available. Well, when we arrived, it became clear after a vigorous search by Don and another lady rep I believe name Lonnie to find this car to no avail. So, we were forced to either look at what they had or go to anther dealership or go home. Having been in sales for over 20 yeas, this reminded me of a not so ethical tactic called "Bait & Switch". I'm not saying this is the case, however it was very disappointing and Don tried very hard to explain what happened and ensured me that he and or the company would do something to eliminate the obvious communication flaw in their process of having their internet rep speak with a Sales rep to confirm that car was available. I say give them a try, ask for Don and let them know that you heard about this experience and you would like to avoid it. More
