As one of the first customers, we have hopes of making you happy. Unfortunately when you purchased the vehicle, (approx. 8:30 pm) on a Friday night, there were no service facilities open. That is why we asked you to bring the vehicle back the next day to fix any tire issues. The next time we heard from you was through this review. We are sorry we were unable to fix the vehicle ourselves, we just needed you to bring it to us. I offered to pay for any repairs you had, that was not satisfactory to you. We will do better in the future of making sure customers who require special assistance such as yourself are handled in a different way. Good Luck and thanks again for the eye opening experience.
