I came in a month ago for regular car service. That went well. I had an appointment and in a couple of hours it was done. The very next day, a Saturday my check engine light came on. I took it back in the next week, they kept my car for 2 days and said the machine didn’t show anything was wrong. I was ubered home. They told me to get my own way back. They would not pick me up. However my car after one week of service showed I was 2 quarts low. How is that when I just had service that included an oil change. They added two quarts of oil. I picked up the car and when I put it in gear the check engine light came on . I made an appointment for the next week, they kept my car for 2 days. They Ubered me home and picked me up and said your engine oil switch or sensor needs replacing. I also reported that my airbag light was coming on. They checked that and said the passenger door airbag needed replacing. I ask which was more important. I was told the air bag. So made another appointment the following week on Monday at 7 am to replace airbag.. A driver took me home. I was told my car would be ready at 3 pm. At 3 pm I called the service department and spoke to Christopher to see if my car was ready and he said yes. He said to give him 10 minutes to get someone to pick me up. I waited until 5 pm and of course no call back. So on Tuesday, morning at 7 am I expected him to call me and send someone to pick me up. Not a word. So at 10 am I found a ride and went to get my car. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. It is the service from xxxx. For 3 weeks straight I was without my car for two days at a time without a loaner or courtesy pick up. This is not acceptable. You took my money without even an apology. Shame on you! More
