Good overall service. The vehicle inspector was polite and explained everything clearly, and the staff handling the payment was friendly and efficient. I also appreciated the employee who showed me how to change the rear wiper, although it was accidentally broken during the process. The only disappointment was the car wash, which was not very clean. I would never recommend this dealership. I called so many times trying to have my questions answered about my trade in and new financing. No one would all me back. I tried calling and textin I called so many times trying to have my questions answered about my trade in and new financing. No one would all me back. I tried calling and texting my sales rep Dante about the EDRS paperwork so I could get my new registration tags. Completely ghosted! I had to cancel my own DMV registration with my old tags for the vehicle I traded in. I also have emailed the GM Stephen Beecher for help/assistance.. never heard back from him either. When I finally got someone on the phone a month later than my initial transaction and purchase they had informed me that my sales rep had my email address incorrect, so now I'm stuck paying the late fee to get my registration. Unacceptable and unprofessional! Also - this dealership bribes customers to leave 5 star reviews. We were offered 2 Target gift cards if we left them a 5 star review on Google and/or Yelp. I'm utterly disgusted with this dealership and how unprofessional they are. More

Feels like you’ve been there for many times overall they really know how to take care of cars and people any problems which is I never had a problem with my Mazda, my Mazda needed it new motor mount because of Las Vegas speed bumps When does Sity never take care of it? Camouflage with the street you can never see him popping up in Mazda dealership. They took care of it. No problem. I would recommend people to buy Mazda first of all. It’s a great car. Nobody will never know until you go drive one and the service department from sales to customer service it’s great. More
