Out of all the dealerships I’ve been to. Cardinaleway has been my favorite. It feels like a luxury I can afford. Walking in I’m always greeted with a smile. I never have someone following me around trying to make a sale.. they let me know they’re here and if I have questions or want to drive something they got me.. it’s subtle.. the waiting room is cozy with snacks coffee tv and drinks I don’t need but definitely want while I’m there waiting. Feels like family owned business where they take care of me because I’m “part of the family” but in a good way not in a dysfunctional family sort of way. It feels honest and I’ve never felt the need to question what they tell me is wrong with my car and I question everything because I have trust issues. Hehe. They send out these cool videos explaining what they’re doing and what may need to be looked at further and before the cool videos they would bring me my air filters to show me they needed to be changed or if I had questions they would physically show me on my car.. Cardinaleway Mazda and every CW dealership are the only dealerships worth visiting. More

The dealership is always very clean and organized they have many cars on display. I recently came to have my car serviced and I had a very good experience. Lindsay was my service representative. She made sure my car was worked on quickly as I needed to wait in the waiting room at the dealership because I live almost an hour away. When my car was finished she came out to the waiting room to explain all that was done to my car, I was able to watch a video of all the things checked on my car which I liked very much.
