Based on your review about the window needing to be fixed and requesting a quote for parts and service, it is likely that our service department needed to assess the damage of your window, such as the damage done to any electrical or other parts inside of the door, then needed to coordinate a quote with the parts department, and how much it would cost for labor as well. This is why our service department would not have been able to provide you an instant quote. We apologize if you were trying to get it all done in the same day since you were in for an oil change, but it doesn't appear you waited longer than your oil change took but perhaps I am mistaken? We hope you will understand that there are circumstances where our team will need to diagnose certain things, and coordinate with each other to provide an accurate quote for our customers.
