I have always hated car shopping because of my past experiences. Upon my arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Andrew and his sister Prescilla. Andrew was my first point of contact and he was real experiences. Upon my arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Andrew and his sister Prescilla. Andrew was my first point of contact and he was really prompt in answering my questions about the car. Priscilla was there because she also owns a Miata. Less than 5 mins of arriving in the dealership I was already in the car for the test drive. Prescilla was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the car. During the negotiation Andrew was straight to the point and no BS. He was not trying to upsell me anything and we settled to an appropriate targeted price that I was hoping for. Big thanks to Jovanny in finance department for also being quick and prompt with no BS. “You don’t want this?” Thats fine I’ll take it out” The whole visit and transaction was so smooth. Andrew, Prescilla and Jovanny made me feel welcomed and not just any other customer. Also would like to add that Andrew went above and beyond by getting the car’s oil changed and the battery checked.
