This is a convenient location for me and better than the other dealerships in North Las Vegas. My wait times for service are usually long though and they never have loaners available so it’s a lot of waitin other dealerships in North Las Vegas. Purchased a vehicle on a Friday, contacted Christian on Monday and told him my wife was not too happy with the vehicle. He got back to me on Tuesday and said that I would be able to trade the vehicle in o Monday and told him my wife was not too happy with the vehicle. He got back to me on Tuesday and said that I would be able to trade the vehicle in once I got the title. I would have been willing to exchange it for something bigger and pay the difference but was not even given that option. I thought there would be some kind of grace period, especially for paying in cash, but I guess not at this dealership. The car was not also not blowing cold A/C so I am already bringing it in for my first service in less than a week. Very disappointing. Too small of a car with a weak A/C. More

Everyone at the dealership was more than accommodating and very nice. I’ve had bad experiences at different dealers where the sales person lacked patience or was rude when I had questions. The dealership also worked with me to make sure I was content and comfortable with the payments/ pricing. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
