Due to having faulty visors, had to come in to have it replaced. Advisor has informed ne that they do not have in stock and told me to come back the next day since they have ordered the iten. Next day, I came back, waited for almost three hours, I had to ask one of the advisors of what’s the status of the visor, what is taking so long?. I was informed that the visor was installed on someone else’s car AND they had to order parts for me. It was frustrating how they never kept me updated and made me wait for 3+ hours for a 15-minute work, and ended up telling me they made a mistake. More
