I went into this dealership to inquire about a used vehicle, and was pressured into making a purchase. Sales Rep Vinny showed me a full breakdown of the costs for the vehicle and I noticed they had man vehicle, and was pressured into making a purchase. Sales Rep Vinny showed me a full breakdown of the costs for the vehicle and I noticed they had many “aftermarket” items added to the vehicle that I did not want or need, but was told it was “non-negotiable.” Vinny kept showing me ridiculously high APRs and payments I wasn’t comfortable with after clearly showing him I had a credit scored way above 750. Every time I tried to walk away he would stop me from leaving by bringing people from other departments to come and "negotiate" with me. At the end, I had 4 people surrounding me BY THE DOOR asking me “what they could do so I take the vehicle”. I told them I would get some dinner and think about it, but they kept offering to buy me dinner, or get the paperwork started before I left. One of them even held my debit card in his person until he was done with his sales speech. Something went "wrong" with obtaining my score so they took advantage of me needing a vehicle and tried to lock me in at 11%APR because they couldn't obtain my actual score. They even tried to make me sign papers stating the sale was FINAL after telling me I could come back and renegotiate after my score unlocks and even return the vehicle if I wasn't happy with the negotiation. When I caught on they kept having secret conversations with the manager and after some back and forth they finally let me leave with the vehicle. The next day, I talked to the GM Stephen, who also manages CardinaleWay Acura, and just ended up raising his voice at me after expressing my concerns and was absolutely NO help. Luckily, I was able to go to a credit union and they helped me lock in a much better rate. These people are completely unprofessional and the sale tactics they use are borderline harassment. They will do anything for you to sing. Avoid this place and CardinaleWay Acura. More

Kevin, Andrew and their team literally went above and beyond for my family and I. They provided red carpet/ white glove service. Everything from having a Starbucks ready for me on TWO occasions, to putting up with my husbands EXTREMELY hard request / budget. When I say this team went above and beyond to work a pretty much impossible dream come true, they literally did! Words can't even describe what they did for my family and I. Now we have the most incredible, safe, reliable car and are able to afford it on our income. I will not shop anywhere else and will be referring EVERYONE I know here. Literally request Kevin, he will NOT let you down and if there is anything at all he can do to help you, he will. It's been an incredibly hard year for our family and this is one less burden we have to worry about. They did hassle us, or burden us, they made the experience at the dealership and dealing with their sales team enjoyable. A++++++++++ recommend. More

Went there to see a Jeep advertised for $21,997. Courteous salesman, Andrew Cromie took me for a test drive. After several emails and calls the following day a female, Jo-Jo, called and quoted $27,000 price for a car listed at just under $22,000. She advised me of nitrogen filled tires door edge protectors etc and the fact used cars were going up in value added to the purchase price. That price was totally unethical and for lack of a better description an attempt to rip me off. I was offended and insulted. I felt they were trying to take advantage of me because of my age, (80+), and they saw a pigeon. If you shop at this dealership be wary, (And now I know why they wouldn't send an email quote).. More

This place is terrible. I bought my car from here about 3 years ago. They promise you all these guarantees before you buy the used car and then you get a half xxx done car. When I got the car the scratches on the car were barely covered, the buttons on the mid console were all sticky from type of liquid and now have horrible oxidation on my front hood like I had it for like 8 years. Another thing is thatI bought the warranty and that hasn’t covered jack. Everything is wear and tear if you have a problem or bumper to bumper. I bought the warranty for 3k and it hasn’t covered anything. I had brake problem and they tried to charge me 900 for the brakes pads and the service. Also 1800 for the battery terminal and the whole harness. They don’t sell the battery terminal fuse alone so you have to buy the whole harness for the engine and it’s $1800. These dudes are thieves. They tried to tell me my friend is not capable of fixing the car bc it’s electric but he fixed everything for less than $200 😂. Don’t trust these crooks. They only want your money and nothing else.
