This was my 5th time going through the car buying experience at a dealership so I know what to expect, this really wasn't the case here. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am on April 4, 2018. That morning I received a call from Tyler, who is their GM, and asked me if I wanted anything from Starbucks prior to arriving at my meeting. I declined because I don't drink coffee, but it was a very nice gesture. Upon my arrival I met Tyler who's a very easy person to talk to and had small chat while Silvia made her way over to our appointment. I was up front and honest with Silvia why I was there and told her what my budget was and my situation. We went on a very lengthy test drive, unlike most places who just have you drive around the block. I got to really drive the vehicle. I'll be honest, I didn't fall in love with the car. It was nice, but not something that wow'd me. When we got back to the dealership I decided I would just keep my current 2015 Mazda 3 for a couple years then get something I love. Tyler came and asked me about the car and what I thought and I explained it's a nice car, but I don't love it. He wasn't very pushy and understood, but said he could get me a great deal. I kindly declined and they understood. We did paperwork and to finance I went. Here is where I met Isaac who was absolutely amazing. Very polite and great conversations ensued. He explained everything and didn't completely push warrantees like most dealers do. I left the dealership and started driving to work. As I was driving back to work I was thinking of how great everyone there was and I hadn't had that with other dealers. They really have a great culture there and those 3 made my decision for me. Of course, I ended up going back that evening and telling them I would love to give them my business. Not because I loved the car, but because of the friendly support I received and how great they all were. That means more to me than a car. Sure the car is nice and I will enjoy it, but this is how people should be treated when purchasing a new car. I would definitely recommend anyone come here if they're looking for great service and reliable vehicles. Mazda is a great kept secret. TL:DR - if you come here ask for Silvia and Tyler, they're amazing! Be honest from the get go about what your budget is, don't waste your time and the sales teams time. It'll make things easier for everyone and minimize haggling to get what you want. More
