no stress car buying experience We set up an appointment with Jhimbo to look at a Mazda CX-5. The vehicle was ready to go and Jhimbo answered all our questions with no problems. We set up an appointment with Jhimbo to look at a Mazda CX-5. The vehicle was ready to go and Jhimbo answered all our questions with no problems. Joe presented the the price of the new vehicle, w/trade in, and a price was agreed upon easily. We then went to Isaac who presented the financial paperwork to us. It was all ready to sign and we were out of his office in 10 minutes or less. Overall, the car buying experience was stress free. There was a good bit of humor from all the folks we had contact with. At no time was there any pressure put on us to make any decision. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. They have a great selection and they are great people to work with. I've bought about 5 cars from mainstream dealerships, and cardinale way has been the best so far. I do alot of research on cars prior to purchase. Most sales reps will make stuff up in their efforts to sell me the car. Lulu didnt know everything about the car, but when she didn't know, she admitted it and got me an accurate answer. She also placed my questions and requests on a higher priority than anything else, including escorting me to service to get some questions answered there. It was a pleasure working with her. As with any dealership, they put some pressure on. Particularly when I told them I was leaving to look at competition. That's where the reasonable expectation comes in. They were "kind" enough to lend me the car to drive to the other dealerships. When I called them on it though it was a laughing matter. The key is, their slight pressure did not interfere with them making me feel like the priority. That's never been the case with my buying experiences, and why they retained 5 stars.
