Great all around I had an unusual situation with my previous Mazda where I've spoken to all the managers at this dealership and even the district managers. Matt at the service desk is very honest (even informing me of poor work from another Mazda dealership), calls back when he says that he will, and is very easy to work with. Tyler and Jon on the sales side were very straightforward and everything was clear with buying a car. The hidden fees were more clear than with buying other cars from Mazda or elsewhere. Paullie and Jhimbo were very knowledgeable salesmen and knew the differences between all the models. If it weren't for the incredible Cardinale team, we would have said goodbye to Mazda forever. Good experience, Lulu was great I found a certified Mazda3 on their website and went in to the dealership a few days after to test drive the vehicle. She was very easy to deal with and accommodated our schedule as we were always on a tight schedule on our trips there. I liked that we didn't have the usual sales crap that some dealers put you through. Everything was quick and straightforward, all my questions answered and I ended up appreciating Mazda cars after not really paying much attention to them as a brand. I definitely recommend dealing with Lulu at Cardinaleway, she always makes sure that you are satisfied with your deal. All in all, efficient dealing, fair price, and good customer service. More
