I was not looking forward to buying a new car. I have had horrible car buying experiences in the past (all of which have been for new cars) and the reasons for me needing a new car in the first place was had horrible car buying experiences in the past (all of which have been for new cars) and the reasons for me needing a new car in the first place was bad in and of itself. From the moment that Jimmy walked up to my son and I the car buying experience was absoulutely awesome. Jimmy listened to me, didnt try to sell me on things I did not want and his pleasant fun attitude impressed both my son and I. He did not even get weirded out when I got in the M3 for a test drive and indicated to him it had been over 15 years since I last drove a stick shift. He took it in stride and encouraged me because he knew how excited I was to have the opportunity to drive a car with a stick shift. He even told me he was impressed on how well I did once we got back. I have never had a major purchase of any kind go so well and it was fun to boot. My son had so much fun he could not believe it. The last time we bought a car he was bored silly. Jimmy and Johnny did everything they said they would and every person who had any contact with us was just as pleasant as the next. Even Todd in finance did all he could to continue the wonderful experience my son and I were having. No offense to Todd but anyone who can make the "financial" part of buying a car fun deserve to be mentioned as well. I felt like all the employees wanted to be sure me and my son were taken care of. I was already a "loyal" mazda owner as this is my second M3 but now I am a "loyal" Cardinaleway customer. Once again Thank You Cardinal Way team More

I had done a fair amount of research on the car and knew what price I could get it for out the door, so I asked them for that price and they gave it to me. They treated me like I was a friend, not just a customer, and they took very good care of me. Because of my initial experience, I made sure to use them for every service I needed for my car. The service department has always gone above and beyond my expectations with friendly service in a timely manner. Their prices are fair and they make sure to give you a "no BS" explaination of what service was performed on your vehicle. Recently, the new Mazda CX-5 made its debut to the showroom floor and I wanted to check out Mazda's latest product with their new Skyactiv engine. My intent was to see the new car, not buy it! But then my salesman and the manager made me an offer I COULD NOT REFUSE! There was no gimmick or any tricks up their sleeve. They gave me a price and stuck to their word which was outstanding. The finance department was even great to work with! The gentleman did not try to sell me on anything extra and did a very good job with explaining the paperwork to me. This whole dealership (sales, service, and finance) makes the car buying experience a positive one. They treat you like a friend, they get you a good deal, and they put you into the car that you really want. I would recommend anyone to this dealership because I believe in THEM, not just the product they sell. Good Job CardinaleWay Mazda!!! More
