We were shopping numerous dealerships and went in to Cardinale Way Mazda to see what used 2011 SUV's they had. We were greeted by Brian Soncrant who showed us their inventory. After realizing there were no used vehicles that met our needs he recommended seeing a new 2012 Mazda CX7. After seeing it, being torn between the Ford Escape and the Mazda CX7, we went back to the Ford dealership to compare. Upon our return Brian tag teamed with Wayne De Leo due to being tied up with another customer. Wayne picked up right where Brian left off in being very polite and low pressure. We went through some small negotiations on price, nothing stressful like with some dealerships, and consummated the deal. They didn't have the color we wanted in stock and quickly located one in inventory at another dealership. Cardinale Way immediately coordinated a transfer of the vehicle, picked it up and finalized the paperwork. Amazingly, they all stayed after closing hours to finalize the deal and were very happy to do so. Great dealer and great employee's.....Wayne and Brian are assets to Cardinale Way! Thanks More

The moment I walked into this dealership I was greeted by a friendly woman and directed straight to John who took more than 5 hours to help me in the purchasing desisions of my vehicle. I don't think there is a more trustworthy gentleman than this individual. I was also assisted by Mark in the financing department, who made the legal process go by quickly and efficently. I strongly recomend this establishment to any first time car buyers. More

Christopher Hansen was willing to listen to what I wanted out of a car and how much I could afford. With that he didn’t play games, simply went to work on the best possible deal he could find that would work for both of us. The experience was relaxed, no pressure and handled in a timely manner. My wife and I went in to have our CX-7 serviced. We have not been very happy with it. Started to look at CX-9's and met Brian. Very helpful. I would deal with him again.
