Chris worked with us to find a vehicle that would fit our family of 3 boys, a labrador, and a Saint Bernard and in our price range. He did not try to pressure us into anything more expensive or into our purchase. He respected our budget, what we needed for our family, and what we wanted. He found us a beautiful Mountaineer in our price range that fits us all and we LOVE it. Todd also went the extra mile, got us a lower percentage rate in the end and got us a loan in our own name, which we thought would not be a possibility at the present time. Every one there went above and beyond and was very friendly and genuine. No pressure, faking it, or lying to make a sale. Would HIGHLY recommend Cardinale Way, Chris Mankin, and Todd Duthie. More

Found a perfect used car on Cardinale website. Sent an e-Mail. Promplty was contacted and spoke with Chris Hansen who personally walked around the vehicle, offered to test drive it personally, gave person e-Mail. Offered to drive the car over 200 miles just to let me see it...no obligation!!! (On New Years Eve yet..!!) As I live out of the Phoenix area so I had to travel to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Mr. Hansen cheerfully picked me up, in the vehicle, and presented a CarFax without being asked. After test driving and arrival at Cardinale Mazda was introduced to managers and other staff. All were pleasant, not pushy, no pressure...just friendly and knowledgeable. Sat with Finance Manager, Mr. Duthie, who was friendly and very professional. Got presented with various finance options and discussed an extended warranty. All of which was low pressure at about the level of a discussion two friends might have over coffee or something. My wife and I stopped in for info and a test drive. Brian made us feel right and home and comfortable. After 3 hours we drove our new Mazda home. Mainly Daniel Morgan was a friendly and likeable salesman who knew what he was doing all the way. He did everything I think he could to work with us and get us the deal on the vehicle we wanted. We had been looking for weeks, visiting and calling different dealerships and not one of them was willing to work with us, some of them not even returning phone calls. I will be going to them for years to come and have already recommended them to several of my friends and family! We had a trade in that 2 other dealerships had tried to lowball us on but Daniel and his manager worked with us to get what we wanted and arrived at a great price for the Mazda.
