Great people. Great service. Very caring. Extremely knowledgeable. Provided us with details about the car we would have never experienced. Would definitely go back for another vehicle. knowledgeable. My wife and I planned on buying a Ford Focus or Chevy Cruze. The Focus did not offer a 6 speed manual and the 5 speeds could not be found. The Cruze had such a plush non-sporty ride that my wife did not Cruze. The Focus did not offer a 6 speed manual and the 5 speeds could not be found. The Cruze had such a plush non-sporty ride that my wife did not feel comfortable (motion sickness). We drove the Mazda 3 Skyactive with a 6 speed manual---WOW! I liked it, she liked it-zoom zoom!!!! This car is incredible with so many features (did we also mention super MPG). We replaced our Acura RSX S type which had been rear ended. We are very happy with this new Mazda 3. Cardinale Way Mazda had the car and the price. The dealership is loaded with good people, especially Robert "Dizzy" Dziezynski and Kevin Gierhahn. Friendly and knowledgeable, these are car guys. We did not buy the Saturday we test drove the car. We had a dinner commitment that day and they were so understanding (read-NOT PUSHY). We had such a positive impression about the dealer, we went back Monday. They gave us a great deal on a great automobile. We want to go back just to say hi. More
This was one of the easiest experiences of buying a car. When we drove up to the dealership; we had madethe decision we were going to look around and not decide today. Brian was great without being a pushy When we drove up to the dealership; we had madethe decision we were going to look around and not decide today. Brian was great without being a pushy saleman which is what we are inspected. There were two other gentlemen that helped us out, one being Donny Mortier, unsure the other gentlemen's name they were all great and again not pushy at all. We had 2006 Nissan Altima. which was am anniversary gift from my husband for me and it was totaled due to a car accident. By the grace of God , our son was not injured and walked away just shaken up a little. The hardest news for a parent to get is your child has been in an accident, it shakes you and you can not breath. Once I was able to speak to my son and than hold him to verify he was okay the car was the least of my worries. Our son was having a harder time saying good-bye to the car he loved so much and learned to drive in. As sad as he was to loose the car he fell in love with DE VE US2. My husband did all the research and sold me on the Mazada3, which was very hard because I really wanted another Nissan Altima I love Nissan. It was hard to move away from the thought of not getting a Nissan, but he definiatley did his research and convinced me with how safe the car was and the price was also great. I fell in love with the Mazada3 once Brian made me sit in it, but the best feeling was driving off the lot with our new car that we were not planning buying at the first place we stopped at. Our time at the dealership was so much more pleasant and easier than what we were expecting. Brian and Donny were great and they definatley sold me on changing my mind from only getting Nissian's to changing to Mazada. I am in love with our new Mazada3 and would definately buy another car from Brian and Donny. More
My husband and I went to this dealership the beginning of September to get an idea of what kind of car we wanted, but we were not ready to purchase. I had the misfortune of being helped by Wayne DeLeo, who o September to get an idea of what kind of car we wanted, but we were not ready to purchase. I had the misfortune of being helped by Wayne DeLeo, who of course pushed as hard as he could to make us buy that night. I finally had to flat out tell him to stop trying because we were not ready, but if we felt the Mazda was right for us, we would be back. My husband and I did decide that the Mazda3 was the car we wanted to purchase, but needed to wait until late October, due to financial reasons. However, from the beginning of September to late October, Wayne called me at least 4-5 times, trying to convince me that I shouldn't wait until October. I explained to him that we were not going to make a purchase that big until we were comfortable with it. Even after that, he constantly made it sound like I would be missing out on the best deal I would ever find. When the time came for us to finally purchase the car, I called him the week before to let him know we would be coming in on October 22nd. Again, trying to get me there sooner, he told me he would make me a "deal I couldn't refuse". I told him my husband and I had made this decision, and we would be there on the 22nd. He said that was fine, but called about 10 minutes later, telling me that the night of the 21st would "work better for him". I told him if he felt he was too busy, we would be more than happy to visit another Mazda dealer. Of course he said he would make time for us, so my husband and I showed up at the dealership on the morning of the 22nd (which, by the way, he called me a couple minutes after 9:00am, when we told him we would be there at 9:00am. He just “wanted to make sure” we were coming). When we got to the dealership, we told him what we wanted in the Mazda3, the color, ect. He brought us to the car, we test drove it, and came back to negotiate. The entire time we were negotiating, he acted as if we were asking for the world, and he needed us to "wish him luck" getting his manager to accept the offer we proposed (which was $19,599 and $2500 down. He NEVER made the interest rate clear to either one of us). While going back and forth with his manager, he used a piece of paper to write down the offers being made, then never did give us a copy of that paper. While waiting for the bank to approve the loan, Wayne proceeded to tell my husband and I that he would "make at least $100,000 this year, maybe even $110,000", bragging to us how he is the best and how much money he makes each month. I thought this was incredibly tacky considering we were two of the idiots helping this guy make money. When we were lead to the back to sign all the papers, our price, all of a sudden, was up to $19,900, our loan amount was for $22,000, and with interest, 4.9%, we would pay $28,000 total. The financial department told us there was nothing they could do about the prices, since that was between us and the sales person. Wayne completely took advantage of a young couple buying their first car together, and knew he could get away with it, with no problem. After making this purchase, I haven't heard once from the man who wouldn't leave me alone for almost 2 months. He couldn't care less if we are happy with our car, just the fact that he's getting closer to his $110,000 goal for this year. If anyone is going to buy a Mazda, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!! The car is great, but you will pay MUCH more than you would anywhere else. If you do decide to go to this dealer, DO NOT deal with Wayne. He tries SO hard to act like a nice guy, which should have been our first clue that we would be taken advantage of. We both went against our gut instincts, and unfortunately are paying greatly for it. Live and learn, I guess. I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE. I strongly suggest you go to a different Mazda dealership. Wayne preys on those he knows will fall for his lies, so of course he convinces everyone that their buying experience was simple. I'm sure that the manager of this dealership loves having Wayne on his team, since he does make a large profit for the company. This, however, shows that this dealership has no integrity and is not in it for the customer in the least, only for sales and profit. More

We experienced a failure to start in our recently purchased CX9. We immediately called Cardinale and were given the needed info to contact their authorized tow service. Car was towed to the dealers purchased CX9. We immediately called Cardinale and were given the needed info to contact their authorized tow service. Car was towed to the dealership an hour later. The failure was in the car key and was fixed within an hour. Even though we were under time pressure due to a heavy personal schedule, Steve was able to keep the situation calm and efficient. Our hats off to the service and sales staffs for for their help to resolve the problem and get us on way. Please note we have received consistently outstanding service from this dealership from the day of our purchase. This is our first Mazda, and if things continue to be as positive as they have so far, it won't be the last. More
I just bought a new CX-9 AWD and I love it. Matt Shelton and Donny Mortier were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. No pressure, just the attitude that "we will do whatever we can to make it wor and Donny Mortier were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. My wife and I had been looking for a new car for a couple of weeks. We visited Chevrolet, Ford, Honda and Nissan. We had seen the Mazda 3 on Edmunds ratings and decided to check it out. We just barely got of weeks. We visited Chevrolet, Ford, Honda and Nissan. We had seen the Mazda 3 on Edmunds ratings and decided to check it out. We just barely got out of the car when Phil came up smiling and asked if he could help us. We told him the other manufacturer's cars that we had looked at and asked to see the Mazda 3. Phil took us out to see the 3's and took a lot of time to show us all of the possible options and then took us for a test ride so that we could experience the ride and show us how little road noise we heard. The car handled better than the ohter manufacturer's comprable cars. I was concerned about leg room so Phil suggested we look at the Mazda 6. It was bigger but we decided it was too big for us. Phil then introduced us to Donnie the sales manager to talk about price. Not once did they push us to make an immediate dicision. My wife and I went home to think it over and came back the next day to buy it. I believe that both Phil and Donnie wanted us to be sure we were getting what we wanted. I have never been treated so well by automotive sales people. They made buying a car a pleasant experience!!! I will definately go back to Phil if I need to purchase another car in the future. More
The reason I rated them the way I did because they tricked me in to thinking they were giving me more for my car. I told them what I wanted for my vehicle and they came back and said they was giving tricked me in to thinking they were giving me more for my car. I told them what I wanted for my vehicle and they came back and said they was giving me close to what I wanted and what Kelly Blue Book said it was worth for trade in purposes but what they actually did was tack the extra amount on to the cost of the new car. I signed the papers not realizing what they did and when I brought it to their attention their comment was always that I signed it. I basically ended up giving them my car and if I would have known what I was really getting for my car, I would have kept it. More
