The reason I rated them the way I did because they tricked me in to thinking they were giving me more for my car. I told them what I wanted for my vehicle and they came back and said they was giving tricked me in to thinking they were giving me more for my car. I told them what I wanted for my vehicle and they came back and said they was giving me close to what I wanted and what Kelly Blue Book said it was worth for trade in purposes but what they actually did was tack the extra amount on to the cost of the new car. I signed the papers not realizing what they did and when I brought it to their attention their comment was always that I signed it. I basically ended up giving them my car and if I would have known what I was really getting for my car, I would have kept it. More

I went to Cardinale Way knowing I wanted back in a Mazda 3 but was pretty set on a budget and what I essentially needed. I love my brand new 2012 Mazda 3 Grand Touring! Its everything and more and I never would have been this happy without Dan and John! If I had to sum my experience at Carbinale Mazda of Mesa, AZ into one word I would choose phenomenal! Not only was the service phenomenally unique, it was exceptional. Although I did not encounter the sales representative I made an appointment with the person I first met did not try to take my business for himself. Instead, he lead me to the exact representative I wanted to meet. The friendly competition between the sales staff creates a unique, relaxed experience for the customer. Furthermore, the friendliness of the staff is unprecedented. There was no small talk, only sincere concern for your needs and straight forward conversations when the deal came to negotiating a price. In fact all material was voluntarily presented and I was able to approach the sales manager's desk; I knew for a fact I was not being taken advantage of. Furthermore, they were able to meet my unique requests, approve a greater trade in value than I expected for my previous vehicle, and approve a monthly payment most other dealers would scoff at. Lastly, the financial specialist made the paperwork easy to understand and was patient with my questions. So if you are in the market to buy a car, especially a Mazda, I highly recommend Carbinale Mazda. More
