Even though we arrived a bit late, John and Johnny welcomed us and explained in details about the car we planned to purchase. John was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout the process. They tried to offer us a good deal and we were happy with the number. We, therefore, closed the deal the very night. When we picked up the car the next day, Daniel Morgan was very helpful in introducing how to set up the bluetooth function. We were helped in every way. The drive from Tucson to Cardinale was worth the time and trip. I strongly recommend Cardinale. More
John Wagner really went above and beyond to help me get into a new car. I came in with credit issues, was upside down on my old car yet he was able to find something that worked for me. He took the time to break down my entire situation and created a game plan for not only how I would get into a new car but also how to address my credit issues moving forward. Even though we were conducting business, his friendly persona and humor really made the car buying experience a good one. Brandon Johnson & John Richardson were excellent as well, answering any questions I had and providing plenty of information regarding the vehicle and car buy process. Overall I plan on recommending not only Cardinale Way Mazda (2nd car I purchased from them) but all of the guys I dealt with getting into my new Mazda 3 as they were each excellent! More
Dealer and service agent were prompt, curteous, answered all our questions. Their cost estimate was a bit low, though. The day we walked in it felt like home everybody was nice and it was a great experience. John and Donny helped us get exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted and I drove home in a brand new car the next day! They gave us an awesome price on the trade-in and a super awesome price on a new car. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used car because they are friendly and not pushy! I was in need of a new car and was referred to Cardinale by my brother who had recently purchased a car from them. Phil Kerr, the general manager, was great to work with and Matt Shelton was one of the frie by my brother who had recently purchased a car from them. Phil Kerr, the general manager, was great to work with and Matt Shelton was one of the friendliest sales consultants I have ever met. Joann, or Mama as they all call her, took care of the paperwork and made me feel like I had known her for years. This was definitely not the typical dealership that just wants the sale. I felt comfortable and trusted that they wanted the best for me. I left that day with a new car and a big smile! Thank you Cardinale Way Mazda!!! More
Once we signed the paperwork on the car they would not give use help anymore. The car needed to be cleaned so they kept it for a few days to clean and have ready for us and when we went to pick it up the give use help anymore. The car needed to be cleaned so they kept it for a few days to clean and have ready for us and when we went to pick it up they did not have it cleaned. We also noticed that some other issues with blower fan motor of heating/cooling had a bearing going out and they said they would fix it but once we signed the paperwork they kept saying we cannot working on it now you have to wait until the fan stops working. Also they kept saying hey it is a used car so expect problems. The call was a certified car so it should have been fixed from the beginning. Also there was a intermitent noise from the enginer that turned out to be a problem with the converter flange dammaged gasket. They also would not look at it or even acknowledge the problem. We did take the car to Berge Mazda and they looked at the car and found the problem right away and fixed it too because the car was ceritfied so it was covered. The certified paper was not provided until we asked and then they said why do we need it. They provided the copy after some time but it was not signed or dated so the questions is was it done or not. It does not matter now because Mazda will warrenty the certified car so that is good at least. The overall service and customer care after we signed the paperwork is very poor and they do not try to help you anymore. I would recommend not to purchase a car from them but goto Berge Mazda instead. More
I have always had very good service with this dealership. I bought a brand new Mazda3 from them in May of 2008 and was talked into buying the extended warranty which would cover "everything" for an addition I bought a brand new Mazda3 from them in May of 2008 and was talked into buying the extended warranty which would cover "everything" for an additional 3 years. ONLY to find out now (3.6 years after purchase) that it does not cover my leaking shock absorber! This was never stated when purchased....leaves an ill feeling now about the dealership! More
