My experience with the dealership overall was not good. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in Arizona and had it shipped to California. When I called to inquire about the car I ended up purchasing, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in Arizona and had it shipped to California. When I called to inquire about the car I ended up purchasing, Damian was extremely friendly and helpful. He sent me a video of the vehicle, and I told him since I couldn’t see it in person, to please let me know what areas of the vehicle showed damage, because it was a used vehicle (2020). I texted Damian, “can you let me know if there are any scratches, dents, or any minor imperfections on the car?”. Damian replied, “I took a close look at the vehicle for you—it’s in excellent condition with no scratches, dents, or visible imperfections. I did try to get as close as possible to the vehicle to show how pristine it is for a Pre-owned vehicle!”. I guess it’s my fault for taking his word for it, but there was definitely damage, scratches, and peeling paint from oxidation on the car. After I received the vehicle, I realized the true condition of the car I purchased, and I was very disappointed. I ending up taking the vehicle to a body shop right away and spent $450 to fix the oxidation on the paint because it was very noticeable and at the top middle of the car. I was then passed off to Pedro, a finance manager, who was also very friendly, but not the most helpful. Since I was purchasing from another state, I need to sign everything electronically. For some reason, it was very difficult from Pedro to get my paperwork properly generated. Each time Pedro would send me something to sign, the contract’s final out the door total kept changing, or there wasn’t a section for me to e-sign. After trying to contact Pedro for 2 days, I was told Pedro was off of work and there wasn’t anyone else on the clock who could help me. After complaining to enough people, I was transferred to Richard who saved the day. Not only was Richard friendly, but very understanding, apologetic, and helpful from start to finish. After I explained my situation, he was able to finalize the contract, bring the contract’s total back to the agreed upon amount, electronically send me all the paperwork to sign, and get my car shipped right away to me. If it wasn’t for Richard stepping in, I would have not purchased this vehicle because of all the back and fourth with Pedro and the changing of the agreed upon price. Thank you Richard for stepping in and fixing this situation! Now that my car’s damage is fixed, I am very happy with my vehicle purchase. I would only ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership if you can work with Richard, otherwise, run. More
