I don't understand how an oil change costs $120 and takes 2 hours. Then every time I go in you've got another $300 to $600 of recommended services to perform. I will find somewhere else to get service for my 2 hours. Then every time I go in you've got another $300 to $600 of recommended services to perform. Brought my car in for an oil change and when I picked it up it had a crack in the windshield about 9 or 10 inches long. The service director, Richard Kaufman basically called me a liar and said the crack wa up it had a crack in the windshield about 9 or 10 inches long.
