Thank you for your feedback. After reaching out for further details we do see our Service Team provided a complimentary New Mazda loaner at no charge to you for you to drive for the entire time of Service, offered to you to pick a different vehicle here as a loaner if you wished – again no rental fees. Our Service manager personally worked to help your extended warranty provider who took almost 2 weeks to approve the work order, sent the incorrect engine parts and finally covered the costs although requiring not only us but you as well to communicate with them above and beyond most, sadly the Ext Warranty provider (not a CardinaleWay provider) was difficult. He did update you with each next step, and then when our Mazda Certified Technicians completed the necessary repairs, no money out of your pocket for any rental or any repairs - and the vehicle is now on the road for you to drive. Again, thank you for your time, the business and we wish you all the best going forward. Kindly.
