We were in a difficult spot with a lemon lawsuit on a previous vehicle. We had planned on waiting till everything was settled, but they made us an absolutely amazing deal on a Mazda CX-90. We worked over the phone to get the deal just as we needed it to make it work. We live in New Mexico so we flew in finalized the deal and drove the car back home. I’ve taken my car to Cardinaleway service a couple of times now with issues that fall outside normal maintenance items and it’s very apparent that Cardinaleway has no interest in doing a deep dive to sol times now with issues that fall outside normal maintenance items and it’s very apparent that Cardinaleway has no interest in doing a deep dive to solve customer vehicle issues. I have several issues with my vehicle and Cardinaleway is unwilling to acknowledge that they even exist and even claiming that abnormal behavior is normal with Mazda. . One example is an existing issue with my passenger side mirror. It’s an intermittent problem, so I took a video of the issue and showed it to the service tech on site, but since they couldn’t re-create at the time, they refuse to take a more in depth look at it. Sadly, this will be my first and last Mazda I ever own.. More
