The waiting game is very much alive at this dealership! It wears the customer down and confuses them into making poor financial decisions just so they can get the heck out of the office. They promised me one thing and after it was all over it wasn’t in the paperwork after all. In addition, to get my sympathy, I was told that the sales person we were working with was not having a good month only to find he won top sales awards for two months in a row! Never again! More
