Used Miata purchase Saw a low milage Miata on the AutoTrader website and used the online chat feature to get additional information on the vehicle. The rep forwarded my Saw a low milage Miata on the AutoTrader website and used the online chat feature to get additional information on the vehicle. The rep forwarded my contact information to Bob Lechnaik and I received a call about an hour later. We spoke and set up an appointment for me to come in the next day for a test drive. When I arrived the vehicle was sitting in front of the dealership with a sign on the dash stating it was reserved for my test drive (a nice touch, I thought), Bob came out to greet my wife and me and proceeded to go over the car and answer my questions. We took it out for a spin after Bob gave me some direction on a good route (since we were not from the area). The car was in excellent shape at what I thought was a fair price. When we arrived back, we completed the paper work and drove off with the car. Bob had even arranged for a full tank of gas which was appreciated. It was a pleasure dealing with Bob and he was very attentive to our needs. Since we're both transplants from the same area of the country, we shared stories from "back home" while waiting for the paper work to be finished so we could pay for the car. I'm not a fan of most car dealerships as I've had my share of problems with previous purchases but I have to say that, all in all, this was one of the better experiences I've had. Thanks, Bob. More
